5 months agoPaid for the most expensive wash which failed to clean the car. All it did was wash the dust off leaving the dirt behind. Also it did not even dry the car. Will use the other car wash in the future. UPDATE: Returned to the car wash as requested and the owner was very helpfull and agreed to re-wash my car. This was undertaken with some difficult to remove road grime being manually washed off at no cost. I am very happy with the response and overall service received.6 months agoI’ve been going to this local car wash every week and the guy that works over the weekend never disappoints! Always friendly, always thorough, and always goes the extra mile. He’s definitely a top bloke and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great car wash experience!5 months agoDog wash is dismal – water barely skin temperature in the middle of winter! The tub leaks, the seal is broken, been like that for months, ended up with a shoe full of water today. No conditioner again, complained last time and still hasn’t been filled. The floor is filthy, covered in dog hair and mud. Taking my business to KaBling or Vasse dog wash from now on. Owners obviously don’t do any maintenance but happy to take your $$$.6 months agoBrilliant car wash and brilliant service! ?? Price has been jacked up, washing unit has been changed to one that seems to be cheaper and less effective, and there is zero warning of the bright flasing lights that shine directly into your car – REALLY not good for someone who is quite sensitive to that. An epilepsy sign would not go amiss, or just rip the lights out so everyone can use it.
I really only use the dog wash, which is great, secure and clean, I particularly appreciate the car park right next to it, which is covered. Having two 8 month old puppies that certainly is handy
I had the super delux clean on my new car this afternoon, and found I had to clean all the alloy wheels when I got home, this is not good enough. Also had to remove insects from front bumper. I have used KaBling since they opened an am very disappointed with todays clean.
Very bad wash. Could tell while sitting in the car that water pressure wasn’t strong enough and also seemed a very short wash.and a couple of bugs on windscreenn didn’t come off. So when laser wash finished I drove out parked and inspected the car. It was barely cleaner than when I went in. Dirt and bugs still everywhere. Went home and had to wash it again. Waste of $18. This used to be the best car wash in town before they changed the machine.
