I was a regular to this service station and visited almost every day for coffee and other supplies. However, very disappointed today when car wash did not work. The agent working mentioned that it has to be used before the actual time (in hours) and not the date while no such mention was instructed on the ticket. This ticket only mentions the Expiry date and not the expiry time (Expires Wed 8/2/2023), so ideally it should be end of the day. Never going back again.
I go to this shop very regularly to fill my fuel, coffee and buy carwash tickets twice for every month for my two cars. I buy the car wash tickets every month in advanced and keep a photo of it rather keeping the paper. When the carwash didnt work, I went to the agent and asked him to give me a new one. He insisted the paper copy and rejected to give me a new one.
This a very poor customer service for your regular customers. Never going again. Very much disappointed.
Worst 7 eleven station I have been to. The operator Om does not care about the customers and their time. He was very rude and does not bother to check if the car wash is working or not, and to display his worst attitude, he simply mentioned it does not work only for me. I am already a franchise owner of 7 eleven and I won’t employ such people in my stores. It should be seriously taken and customer should not treated this way.
Great petrol station, best 7-11 by far always fresh food, especially pies and sausage rolls, Slurpees always in working order for the kids, owner and workers recognises me and my family when we come in, and always reminds us to use our app for fuel price lock ???
Be nice for them to ever have 94 rather then 98. Clearly this is done for customers to pay higher…and this has been going on for months. Get your act together…..This is my Answer i get back ..Response from the owner3 weeks ago
