  Called up Pages beginning of last week on recommendation after the auto elec I’d booked but couldn’t fit me in any more. Pages agreed to take my vehicle, and knew I needed to leave town by the 19th. They booked me in for the 18th and said it was all good.

  Dropped my transit off this morning – told them about the jobs I needed done, showed it to one of the electricians – they said all good and I left for work. Got a call two hours later saying “We don’t do Transits, we didn’t know it was a transit, you’ll need to find another AE in town”.

  There were three AEs, plus the one who came and checked out my van with me this morning, in the reception room while I was going over details with their admin officer.

  Not once did any of those four people say, hang on – that’s a transit, we don’t do them. I’m leaving tomorrow, my van isn’t done and I have zero opportunity now to find alternative arrangements. They could have at any time in the past ten days called me up and given me warning so I’d have the chance to do something – they took my rego details when booking me in so it was clear from the get go what my vehicle was.

  Completely shoddy service and frustrated as all get out at the lack of thinking shown on all fronts.

  Had caravan 12v system problem. Not easy to access or diagnose. Pages did a great job in fault finding my Redarc system and rectifying problem. Easy and competent to deal with.
