Customer service was top notch from the girls I collected my package from. They were kind enough to serve me even a couple of minutes after closing!

Have been waiting for a delivery for about two weeks, did not receive notice of delivery on the day until after it had come and gone. The delivery driver did not ring the doorbell, or knock on the door, despite a family member sitting in the lounge in front of the door. I was informed that they only noticed there was a vehicle out the front when the truck drove away. I expected at least a text or even an email about the delivery, yet I received nothing and only realised that I had missed a delivery after I came home from work and discovered the “we missed you” card. The StarTrack website updated the package tracking with “delivery failed” immediately after having updated to “onboard for delivery”. Disappointed that I now have to go to the depot to collect my package, especially seeing as I am also incredibly busy for the remainder of the week.

  1. I recently applied for a passport at this post office and I can’t praise them highly enough. In particular Dallas who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.
Super friendly, super knowledgeable and nothing was too much for her.
In my opinion Dallas is a huge asset to the team here. What a pleasure it was dealing with her.
Keep up the great work Dallas!

    Thanks again.

  2. Took a day off work and drove for 4 1/2 hrs to this post office in Geraldton just to have my signature witnessed, it took at least 15-20 minutes which isn’t a long time I know but for what was involved it felt like it took forever and felt like to person behind the counter didn’t know what they were doing. The next day after another 4 1/2 hr drive back home we get a call to say that they forgot to sign their part and that we need to go back to them to rectify the issue that we didn’t make. I don’t know but a day’s wages and $250 in fuel can make you a little frustrated especially knowing that you have to lose another day’s wages, drive for another 9hrs over one of the worst most corrugated roads in Australia all because someone was incompetent. Thanks Australia Post.

  3. Picked up a parcel delivered to PO while we are travelling. Lady at the counter was very cheerful and helpful. Even offering for us to borrow the trolley if we needed.
    Wonderful service.

  4. Not fit for purpose. The staff are lovely but there just isn’t enough staff for a city centre post office. It’s an absolute shambles. Expect to queue for at least an hour just to get served most times you go in.

  5. Won’t even try to deliver packages if they’re in a complex. There’s 1 particular delivery guy who is short and quite a big guy doesn’t even attempt to deliver and just marks it as unable to be delivered and puts the cards in the mailboxes. Very lazy.
