a month agoVisited the store in the morning and was served by Bryce and Nicole who worked in sync as a team to provide outstanding and exceptional customer service with a smile. They performed over and beyond in helping with my issue in the photo section. I can’t thank them enough. Excellent team work, excellent customer service skills and above all a wonderfully positive and happy can do approach. Left the store amazed by their service. 10/10a month agoNot often I am so unhappy with service that I write a review. A gentleman and I were in line and the print me office for no less than 20 mins. Yes I counted the time I am not exaggerating. The lady Nicole refused to acknowledge either of us at all at helped a lady who came up and stood at the counter and not in line. She asked if she was just wanting to pay or print.Some acknowledgment would have been nice.
a year agoQuite a large footprint. I did enjoy the very wide variety of all things office on offer. The staff are friendly knowledgeable and helpful. What I do like is their new scheme of designing your own office chair. You select the wheel base, the seat type and the back. There are different shapes and you can chose the colour you want. Even mix and match if you like.2 months agoGreat shop and service but your on-line trading hours differ to your actual trading hours. We have been caught a few times on the weekend.3 months agoAlways very pleasant to work with. Occasionally there’d be some glitches but sorted straight away.Remember to bring your old tech here to recycle!

Having limited knowledge of photography & how to create wall art to decorate our property, we visited Officeworks Maroochydore.
Katelyn came to our rescue with her abundant knowledge of photography and artistic and creative eye for detail. A most professional, delightful and understanding staff member, who went above and beyond to help us….we could not have asked for more!!

Thanks to Beau for the fantastic service and friendliness when I came in with a problem with my watch and phone not syncing. He took as long as it took to find the problem. He could have easily said he ‘didn’t know’ but continued till he found the problem. Please pass on to him and management my thanks.
I had the most simple, small order from the print shop and it turned into a 2.5 month saga of: zero emails to confirm the order was ready to collect, half the order ready in store, re-ordering the order, again zero emails to confirm the order was made, visiting the store again to find the order still was not made, waiting again, ringing again, finding out apparently somebody had tried to ring me and left messages (I have ZERO missed calls and messages) that I needed to redo the order online, told to come into the store for a refund, visiting the store again, told by a very rude someone in the store to ring for a refund. Honestly, it wasn’t much money at all but this service was the WORST and I will never ever shop here again. What a pain, what a ridiculous waste of time. So stupid.
Wonderful service from everyone! Buying a new laptop was made so quick and easy with Alyshia and several of the salespeople were only too happy to offer help, together with a cheery smile! Everyone made our purchase really enjoyable. Thank you!
I recently received some very disappointing service from Officeworks. Over the last 5 years, I have attended Officeworks to make a photo book for my partner. On this occasion, there were issues with the machines in adding text so I received assistance from a staff member in adding it in and she confirmed my order was good to process.
The normal processing time for photo books is estimated at a maximum of 2 weeks. At the 2 week mark, I had not heard anything about my photo book. I decided to call the store to follow up to which they told me that there was an issue with the quality of a couple of the photos. They invited me into the store to redo the whole book which I declined as the book took me 3 hours to make.
When I went to the store, they again invited me to redo the entire book due to quality issues of a couple of the photos. I again declined this and expressed my disappointment that the best they could offer me was a refund after 3 hours of wasted time creating the book. The staff members that I spoke to clearly did not take my complaint seriously, not even writing down my complaint.
Really disappointed both with the service received and the quality of the photo computers at the store. I will be going elsewhere to make the photo book in future.
