Fuel stays cheap while others in the area are dear.a year agoAbsolutely appauling service by one of the staff members yesterday named Mel. she left me in tears and humiliated me all because the ATM took my money out of my account but didn’t dispense the cash. $200. All I asked her for was to call the ATM company or give me the number as I didn’t know the procedures I have never in my life been treated so poorly she also absused the person Infront of me for charging her incorrectly – At no fault of the other customer. I almost felt like she was on drugs it was so out of the blue and not nessasary at all. even the other young lady working with her apologized for her behaviour and told me there was no reason to treat me the way I was treated. I asked for the managers or owners number and they did not give it to me. No number on the website either. I hope the owners read this because it was embarrassing for them to hire such a person with such a lack of respect and discusting customer service for no reason. I will never go back to this service station in my life no matter how much cheaper the fuel is. She was a horrible horrible person who should NOT work in customer service. Ever. Appauling.2 years agoTwice now we have noticed while pumping fuel the Litres go up on the bowser but the petrol is not coming out of the pump, first time we complained to head office and got from them ‘how are you going to prove it’ and the second time just now the lady basically said not my problem you have to pay. I won’t ever get petrol from here again. Poor customer service, dodgy service.2 years agoThere’s a nice young girl in the store normally at night 9/10pm, she’s a p plater I never got her name but she’s awesome, always makes you feel welcome and very polite!

Elder lady with long blond hair, change your attitude, nothing but rudeness and pettiness from you for months now. Worst customer service iv experienced in a long time! Snappy, rude and always in the worse mood. 7/11 I would suggest an early retirement for her.

Sometimes I need to order Veggie Pastry and you guys only keep one at a time in the hotcase this is the reason I always tried to call.
Been fueling up here ever since it opened. Always open and staff are always great. One of the cleaner 7/11 in the area. Would be awesome if they had a car wash though! Also more 95 pumps would be good.
Always the most expensive garage in the area and staff that look at you when you are waiting for the pumps to be turned on and still take forever to do it.
We use to come here everyday for fuel… until we noticed that it’s almost $1 on the metre before the fuel actually starts pumping… was warned by another customer… 711 are absolute rip off’s… always check your change.. check the amount they charge you on the till and next time you fuel up see how much is being charged before the fuel actually starts to pump!
