One of the best Indian meals. I dined in and so cannot speak for takeout which is out the front pre-made. However the Indian style butter chicken and the Karahi beef were excellent, served hot and so tasty. The naan bread was exceptional.

Definitely good and spicy indian taste. Takeaway is a little cheaper than dine in price. Dine in tables also available.

While visiting family recently we had a very cheap and cheerful meal here. I had already read very positive reviews and this restaurant did not disappoint. We tried lamb (can’t remember the curry) and it was not only delicious but plenty for 2 with rice, naan, onion bhaji and papadums. We BYOed from the local bottle shop across the road. Our young waiter was efficient and friendly and we felt very well looked after. The decor is fun with some tex mex vibes but nothing wrong with that ?

I like this place a lot. Everything from here smells amazing. I enjoyed ordering the mango curry with rice and some naan bread. The naan bread is cheap and comes in a wide variety of flavors and it tasted amazing dipped in the curry! The rice has good texture. I like the Mango Lassi drinks sold here as well.

  1. 2 times in a week, easy to find, flat atmosphere. Staff were nice guys, but the service is slow and lacking, and the food is sloppy and flavourless. In all my meals, I had dishes that tasted like old freezer stock or rancid. Other parts that should be cooked well were not and other parts that should not be cooked were over done. It was not Thai food that I would expect from a restaurant. No feedback from the kitchen or a discount for returned plates…. I don’t recommend.

  2. Beautiful Indian, horrible Thai.

Ordered pad Thai and it came out last and it came out cold

Very very very slow service, if you want to wait 1 hour and a half then this is your place.

Nice people but there is a language barrier, we ordered 6 naans and only 3 came out and were the wrong flavour.

Not enough rice came out and 2 people missed out. They then brought out rice after we had all finished.

Personally I think they need to hire waiters.

  3. I am a local. This is my favourite restaurant for lunch or dinner in the Bundaberg region. It’s a family run place and isn’t fancy or pretentious. I recommend the curries. I don’t recommend the salads – plenty of vegan and vegetarian options here that are better than salad. Super family friendly. Honestly one of the only places I take my two girls (they usually get the fish and chips).

  4. The tandoori entree was good. Also enjoyed the naan and the mango chutney. All flavoursome. The curries were watered down and tasteless. I would probably give it another go and try their Thai food. Was happy to get a meal on New Year’s Day though and thankful it was open..

  5. Probably the worst Indian meals I have been unfortunate to sample.
Ordered Chicken Tikka Masala, and Butter Chicken, neither were cooked in the Tandoor, instead they served up boiled chicken thighs bone in in some pieces, both sauces were watery and tasteless, a case of not Spicy Tonight, is tasted more Thai than Indian sort of Thaidian
We threw our dinner in the bin it was that bad..
Pity there is no “minus stars” as I would have awarded a solid -5 for the worst meal I have had
