a week agoMixed service, their parcel machine is a great new addition. Otherwise their hours are unclear and keep changing. They are also severely short makes picking up parcels nigh impossible at times as I simply can’t get there when they are open. Or I go when I think they are open due to online hours advertised and they are shut.4 months agoDon’t rely on the staff to help you. Lazy and rude. Been waiting for important medication and as they were busy they wouldn’t just take a look for the parcel out the back quickly. Facing a 1800km round trip to Perth now. Thank Australia post. They knew the area I was delivering to, and advised very professionally on what would be the safest way to receive the goods.
Even when the Office was busy with patrons, they provided quick and reliable service.
I would highly recommend to anyone that they come here for posting parcels, I know I sure will!

Was somewhat disappointed this time around as have used them several time now, they would not assist me with anything at all! Last time they disassembled my bedroom suit and lounge, this current time they told me I had to do it all myself and as I have a disability & was on my own I received no help whatsoever! Even had to go and collect packing boxes as last time they delivered to my door!
Their communication left a bit to be desired as well.
All in all there is certainly room for improvement within the Kalgoorlie branch.
