We love their pie! The must try item is Mushroom and Beef pie, pepper beef pie!

The shell of the tart is thin. It is not too sweet!

It is a real surprise to us!

Couldn’t go past a cronut tower for a birthday celebration. The cronuts were light and crispy with a beautiful custard cream filling. Enjoyed them so much we went back the next day to try the pies and take home a loaf of bread. We tried chicken and leek pie and steak bacon and cheese. Beautiful crisp pastry and delicious flavours of both pies. We also picked up a rye sourdough loaf. Yum!! 5 stars to the team at Dusty Buns. See you next time we’re in Busselton!

OMG, I had the best Lamb and Rosemary Pie and Vanilla Slice I’ve ever had. The pie was full of chunky lamb and veges and the pastry was flaky but didn’t fall apart when I ate it. My daughter and grand daughter ate most of the vanilla slice because it was soooo good. We love Dusty Buns. Definitely the best thing about Origins Markets in Busselton ??

A must try if you’re visiting the origins market in Busselton. They have a great selection of fresh sweet and savoury pastries. The cronuts are amazing (my personal favourite is the creme brûlée cronut), it has beautiful texture and balance however, we had high hopes for the pies but found them a little underwhelming. A slight knock but otherwise would definitely recommend trying.

As someone from France, stumbling upon Dusty Buns was a delightful surprise! The chef’s mastery of French pastry is evident in every bite. From the impeccable lemon tart to the divine Saint Honoré, chocolate eclairs, and fruit tarts – each pastry transported me back to the flavors of my homeland. The attention to detail and authentic taste make this bakery stand out. I believe it’s among the best in Southwest Western Australia. A must-visit for anyone craving a genuine French pastry experience!

  1. Lovely pastries, sweet treats and bread available here. Prices on the slightly higher side but reflects the quality of their goods. Great coffee here too. Will recommend a visit ?

  2. Got a veggie Turkish bread sandwich and apple custard turnover take away. The sandwich was very tasty. However the turnover was very under baked and doughy inside, so not very nice to eat.
Reply to shop: no we bought the take away back to eat at home so we did not drive all the way back to show the staff the raw dough but photo attached.

  3. The best bakery I know of in my home town. Closest rival would be the Cheeky Butcher. Service is polite and prompt. Food quality is fresh and the range enormous. Choice of bread and wraps, prices best described as honest and not unreasonable. Very hygienic and kept clean. Tables just outside the store. Well suited to those looking for a decent takeaway.

  4. My experience at Baked was marred by consistently poor customer service during my three visits. The staff were rude, and unfortunately, this has deterred me from giving them any more business. Despite the exceptional food quality and an extensive range for a bakery, the overall experience was sub-par.

  5. What a disappointment. Ordered two cinnamon scrolls which had too much cinnamon and very little icing, a melting moment which was way too sweet, and a bacon and cheese sausage roll that was a normal one, no bacon or cheese in sight.
