Very bad service. This company likes to blame everyone else for their terrible service. I had a parcel arrive 1 month after it was scheduled to arrive. You pay so much for Express service and don’t get it. They also don’t take responsibility for the items in the package that are ruined from their bad service. When you complain and they say they will call back they never do. It is a real shame as the people in their facility in darwin are excellent. Save your money and sanity and use some other service
Worst, pathetic and terrifying experience sent a parcel from here it’s been more than a month and still has not been delivered, Inexperienced and unqualified staff the mistake was from the Dhl representative as she weighed the box and put down wrong weight in the invoice when I went to the depot there was no help offered. Terrifying experience Do not scam hardworking money
So their driver pulls a sickie the day after Australia Day and as a consequence everyone has their parcel delayed another 48 hours. Thanks a lot.
