I seriously question the validity of all of these poor reviews.
Green Dreams is incredible. The price, the service and the delivery are all top notch. They have been transparent and helpful every time I’ve shopped here.
Cute store & has a lot of potential – but the staff knew nothing about plants. I am a newish plant parent & needed to ensure the plants I was purchasing were pet safe. Multiple plants didn’t have tags & the staff had no idea what they were. They suggested I just take a photo and google search it. I asked about care needs for the plant that I purchased and was told again to google it. Whilst processing my transaction the two staff behind the counter were more interested in talking to each other than assisting me with my purchase.
I have been waiting for my plants over a week..they said is going to arrive and still not here. Everyday am just sitting at home and wait….is really waste of people time if you can’t promise to deliver. And the plants already loaded since 2 days ago? Still waiting…they asked me to be more understanding and they have hundreds of orders.
Horrible business ethics. Do not oder plants from this company. They tried to get me hooked on and said there would be delivery tomorrow to my area so I would quickly make the payment. I did, and the plant has never arrived. They kept saying there’s a problem with their van ,which stopped 3 times, and we will deliver tomorrow definitely. ”
After the 3rd time, I requested the refund. They apologised and said they would give me a small plant for free. There goes the 4th time…, still no delivery ?. I told them I have enough of this, just want my money back and no reply since. Appearantly, they did the same thing to my friend. Luckily, she didn’t put in any deposit.
I don’t know how they could keep doing this scamming business. Aren’t they tired of getting complaints and yelled at?
BE WARE, This is a scam company with a front. We bought plan from this mob, they said they will deliver but never delivered. We asked for refund they said they will not refund. We have report to Consumer Affairs. Will report to the police as well. Next is to report on TV channels. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM BUSINESS
