wasn’t home when they came, no slip left, called them and they said they would deliver again next day and leave (at my request) by the door. next day came, they came again when I was at work and didn’t leave the package despite saying they would, instead now leaving a slip for me to sign for them to come again and leave the package… why are companies still using these guys when Aus Post and Star Track are 100% better and cheaper???
I’d give 0 stars but Google won’t let me. DHL is surely a scam in Australia? They left a missed-post slip in my mail box. I have rung the number on the card 20 times and it just rings out. No idea how to collect my very expensive parcel as there is no address on the card they left. Their website is vague on contact details. What a joke. Except I’m not laughing.
