Staff helpful in returning a tablet cover which did not fit, but gobsmacked I could not get a refund without them recording all my drivers licence details. Lets hope their customer data security arrangements are robust.
I had a lot of separate files to print off, but apparently all none poster or large size printing has to be done at the self service now, I was short on time so talked to the manager to ask if I could get it done over the counter, but he let me know that over the counter printing was done with bookings only and it would only be available the next day. On top of that, when I walked up to the printing department counter the two employees were engaged in a conversation and didn’t even acknowledge me for while. A bad experience overall and I will be avoiding Officeworks Albany as much as possible in the future.
Since they have put in place the use of a rechargeable card, where they refuse my money unless I charge it onto their card for printing, I have stopped going to Officeworks for any reason.
While I have been considering buying a printer, I have been taking my business elsewhere.
I have to acknowledge the outstanding customer service received today whilst purchasing computer equipment. And then the lovely girl at the payments desk, wonderful.
