Came around 7pm on a Tuesday night and quite disappointed with the printers quality in printing full colour on A4.
But Riley was so patient and helped me so much with my print. Final outcome came out okay but Riley was just on top of it serving me and all the other customers at the same time. Printer was not good at all but customer service is great. He’s a superstar! ?
Don’t use self service printers! I reloaded $3 for three times yesterday, and the balance was still $0.07 on the card! When I asked for help, they don’t wants to help me bcoz I have no receipt but I have the bank records of the transaction . They still never help me to get my refund! Bad customer service! I wish I could give them 0 star!
I couldn’t fault this place until I actually asked for help. I came in to buy a power bank. Because I couldn’t find them on the shelf I asked for help, now this did everything to help me at first but when he couldn’t find it anywhere. I was then told that it was a new item and wasn’t on the shelf just yet, even though I’d been watching it on their website for over 3 weeks now. The worker told me he’d have one more look, so I waited. After 10mins I realised that we was already helping another 3/ customer and totally ignoring me. i left and went to JB Hi-fi and was in and out within 5 min with a new power bank.
Always under staff and make rules as they go.
I ask for 4 x A1 prints and I was told they can print quickly. I asked for two sheets to be laminated, first staff at printing said it takes 1 hour as have to wait for the laminating machine to warm up. 5 minutes later after calling the Manger came back and said they are too booked out and won’t be able to do it and will take 24 hours.
Have similar issues with other branches for being inconsistent with their Rule.
Waited for over half an hour to be served but no one came to my area! So understaffed. Only made my purchase because Jbhi fi and goodguys didn’t have what I was after. I will say the young man Christopher did a great job on the registers! Really really annoyed though with the rest of the staff. It was like walking into a funeral parlor.
