10 months agoI love their collection of milk teas. Specially the taro milk tea and Oolong milk tea with bubbles. The prices are generous with the cup sizes. The shop isn’t too busy and you can expect to have your tea within 5-8mins if there are no other orders.7 months agoDid app and collect and still waited for one drink. Customer service is poor and would prefer Belconnen as I don’t wait. The drink it self was way too sweet even though I opt for no sugar.3 years agoGenerally come here at least 4 times a week and always order the same drink which is strawberry milktea. However, it has been 3 times that I met the same guy who made horrible taste. This guy obviously don’t know how to make strawberry milktea. I have never had the problem with the other staff in the store. 3 stars for the other staff members. Ps: Can’t believe that is strawberry milktea. This actually looks like Chinese crab meat soup.4 weeks agoIt was the worst experience that I never had, the staff used the shop’s phone calling with someone else maybe it’s her boyfriend, refusing to take the order, just don’t know how is this kind of shop still existing!a year agoLove the tea but average customer service. Ordered one drink, accidentally missed my order as it was busy. Ended waiting 25 minutes for a simple drink and then asked if I could add a topper as it had been so long and they said it was against policy. Understandable but frustrating still.

My visit to chatime has been really frequent since I work nearby and I have to say this , my experience is always so good . Staff member named Orion is always super sweet and interactive . He offers the best service and helps me choose a good drink every single time . I just love trying different drinks there . Moreover , I love the ambience of the outlet – Super chill , staff (10/10) , and deliciously refreshing drinks . Totally recommend !
I was met with a lovely warm smile and happy greeting when I went to Chatime recently. It was such a nice experience that it made my day a little brighter. The bubble tea was also made really well and I enjoyed it a lot.
The employees do the best with what they’re given but the owners and management is horrendous. Don’t support this venues evil business practices by taking your money elsewhere!
I was at the store at 8:50 as they were closing soon but they refused to serve saying we are closed. I am really disappointed with the service and also please update your business hours till 8:50 if you dont want to serve after 8:50. I came all the way driving 15 minutes to the store for dissappointment.
They advertise their trading hrs as 9pm. My partner and I ran there from Canberra centre as a result. We got there at 8:55pm, only to be refused service. The cashier said they close at 8:50pm.
If the trading hrs are only until 8:50pm, then advertise them correctly. Bubble tea is the kind of thing you will trek for if you’re craving it. Nothing more infuriating than making a trip for something you’re craving only to find out you’ve been mislead.
