I ordered the hoody and was receiving at Torpedo7 Mt Wellington, so when I got and checked it, had a bit mark in front of the hoody chest and then the seller checked the stock and lucky me there have and was changed for me, thanks for good service. The shop is clean and tidy, good parking.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Everything is easy to find in the store. Went here for the great specials on the wetsuits which I needed URGENTLY. I looked over a few online and then went in the store and the stock check seems to be quite accurate. Torpedo7 also sells Innova discs, so 6 stars… Thanks 🙂

Went to this store today for the first time. Was very surprised a the lack of staff to assist and low stock levels on many items. I was asked 3 times in ten minutes if I work there as there were many other people also looking for assistance.
I have been to the west gate store several times and always been well looked after.
