Really happy with the drinks here as with all other Gloria Jean’s cafes. They make the best coffee and chocolate drinks of all the coffee chain cafes. Yours truly @fooderarri
Quality and consistency of drinks and food was so bad that I actually took the time to report it to the head office. There is no care for hygiene, there is no communication between staff members, management is rude, and nothing is made to standard. Tables were disgusting and gloves were not worn when food prepping. After asking nicely if my order could be remade properly I was treated like a complete burden and made to feel bad for asking for what I paid for. I used to be such a fan, shame to see this place has gone so far down the drain.
Gloria Jean’s Long Black coffee was like dishwater, maybe they just gave me instant coffee ? as it was served quick. Cakes OK but nothing spectacular.
Coffee is consistently great. Service is quick and with a smile! Always tables available to sit and enjoy
Very friendly staff. I loved the mixed berry drink and I think the vanilla slice is the best sweet I’ve ever had! It’s so soft and creamy with a slight spongy-ness, it’s not too crunchy and not too sweet as most others are! 10/10
