4 months agoFood is lovely and staff are friendly but the having to carry all your shopping etc and get comfy at a table then wait for your number you have to pick everything up to go around other side of the counter to collect your order. Every other dine in places at least bring the food to your table. Will know not to come here when I have a lot of things to carry again2 months ago26/12/23- Unfriendly staff & rude staff! We sat in dine in area while we’re waiting for our order, I have two kids with me eating their sushi. A staff approached us and told us that the place is not a public area and that outside food is not allowed. I told the staff that we actually ordered and waiting for it, just to get told that “yeah but you guys only ordered drinks and told us to make sure that we cleaned the table after!” Table weren’t even clean when we first sat there and kids were not even messy at the time as it was only sushi that they’re eating. Not even a nice approach when we got told!in the last weekStaff very rude not helpful at all and discuss with other members how i was unable to read board clearly. Asked if they had an iced coffee frappe and was told to look at the board 3 times. Will not return here to this place EVER AGAIN5 months agoThe GJ Blend is so yummy! Bryce makes the BEST coffee. The lady taking orders at the drive-thru window this morning was the most kind and lovely person. The coffee is great; the service is exceptional! This Gloria Jean’s is a little out of my way so I only usually go to it when taking my dog to Garvey Park. They have given her a dog treat every time and she loves it. After this ladies kindness this morning I am inclined to drive out of my way to get coffee from here.
What a great store. The staff were so happy and accommodating. I enjoyed a ham cheese tomato sandwich and it was the best one I have bought in years!! Thanks guys
I always order the timtam chiller and love it. But recently it has a stronger caramel taste. Is this permanent? Hope it changes back to the original taste.
We love this place..its our regular stops ..just chilling with beautiful strong cappuccinos and a muffin..or other foods ..with a newspaper to read ! Staff are very friendly and helpful… Good coffee makes your day brighter ✨️… highly recommended ? ?
