a year agoConveniently located outside Woolworths, one of the better Muffin Break. Coffee is quite decent & muffins are always fresh. Service has always been friendly & swift. Pretty good deal on muffins after certain hours of the day.5 months agoI m not a fussy person. But this time really pissed. I m usually buy from muffin break Cannington near wollies ( their muffin great and the coffee too) , but Tuesday I am in the FOOD COURT area. So I bought from there. 4 for 12 .not bad deal. But the muffin lack of topping. I feel like eating plain muffin. First the blueberry muffin. Then apple cinnamon. I can count the pieces. Ghezz . Why cant U add more at least decent amount . So that the apple or blueberry will stand more compare to the doughy muffin. Even muffin from supermarket taste better.4 years agoLove their today’s salad with cheese and beetroot. Love their cappuccino too. But the server that help me with my pasta, warmed it too much.5 years agoSorry I couldn’t post a picture of the muffin, I ate it too quickly. I look at myself as a pastry connoisseur and when I say the raspberry custard muffin at muffin break in Cannington was good. I MEAN IT. This was delicious and filled with love…. So far, my go to places are breadtop and most definitely muffin break. Thanks for the delicious treat!5 months agoStaff member clearly doesn’t wanna be there, literally looking down when I’m standing at the counter, and I’m the only one, and she’s not engaged in any other activity. Even worst when she saw me approaching the cafe and looked away as soon as I got there. Still greeted the staff member and tried to order, and it felt like she’s doing me a favour. I’m short of words, literally.

Food was ice cold, pre made nothing fresh. Only received fresh after complaining that our tomatoes were still frozen. Service was slow. Even a simple cookies order was wrong. Will not be back. Seriously unimpressed that two defence force veterans can not receive quality service and food after a combined 17 years of service to our country.
Had a pie and coffee pie was cold and took two more heatings and still not to temp that a pie should be.
I saved another customer from eating a cold pie as it was being served at the same time. He also thanked me. People can get sick from not heated to right temperature. Staff need to be trained in proper food preparation. Bad experience will not be going back. Health dept should be notified.
Coffee tastes like it was made from dishwater. Seems like the girl who served us really enjoys her job NOT. Don’t waste your money on a coffee here, plenty of other coffee shops to try. It’s put me off Muffin break forever.
I went here to support Muffin Break after the Dome opened nearby. I write this out of support hoping changes will be made & things will improve. The person who served me could not speak English. The order I received was incorrect. The customer service was limited. The gluten free muffin was very dry& missing the butter I requested.
Always the nicest people making great coffee & muffins. Been going to Muffin Break since it started in Brisbane Queensland & even now in Perth WA. It’s consistent. Well done.
