2 months agoThis location is a true disaster. What little staff they have could not be ruder. Food takes forever, and comes out cold. It’s also an only order on app location even for dine in. The restaurant is also generally not clean and ready for you to dine in. I am a huge Nandos UK, SA, and US frequent diner and the NZ locations just don’t come close to living up to the cheeky brand experience.a month ago– Ordering was a hassle. Had to be done through my phone and I needed a New Zealand number phone number. – Large sauce assortment. – Good quality chicken. It was very tender. – Outdoor seating available.4 months agoGet a free chips by downloading the Nando’s app before you order . Food was amazing as always . Staff was nice . Not crowded in weekdays to be honest. Loved the peri peri half chicken . It was more than enough for one person. Hope to go back there soon . Service was better than st Luke’s one .a month agoNandos is not a classic restaurant but it’s a class above fast food places. When I lived in England there weren’t many places i enjoyed going to to eat out, but Nandos was one of them. When I moved to Massachusetts, they didn’t have many nandos, and although some. states have nandos, Massachusetts still doesn’t, so I rarely go eat at one.So of course, when we saw one on the way back to our hotel.
We got a half chicken and peri fries of course. As always the food was amazing. The area has construction around it but it’s still nice to sit outside there and indoors it had plenty of seating and looks just like your typical Nandos.
Definitely a place to go to.
6 months agoDeliciously flame grilled chicken.Always such a busy spot so I tried it out and it was delicious. Despite how busy the place was, it only took 20mins for the food to come out which was great.
The $40 combo for a full chicken and two sides was perfect to fill two adults.
Easy ordering via online system was great.
Plenty of glass cups and cutlery around, along with plenty of choices of Nandos sauces.
Great experience all out 🙂

Restaurant is in a premium location but might as well been in a back alley.
Despite not being overly busy multiple tables uncleared and left dirty. Told would be a 25minute wait and they only had one server on who was on the til.
Food was meh, chips cold, thin piece of chicken.
I expect better for the price and location than what was received. Plenty of other options in the town square which is what I would recommend.
Bring back the traditional stainless steel utensils. These wooden ones are not fit for use on Nando’s type food. Are you going to soon also replace the ceramic plates with paper plates ???
One of the shabbiest nandos we have ever been too. Floors littered with tissues. They really need to up their hygiene.
Half cooked fries. Cold chicken in burgers. Don’t know how they even receive A from council.
We ordered through the QR code which was really convenient but it took 40 minutes for the food to come out. We still enjoyed the food though.
We’ve been a few times. Cleanliness is below average. Chips on the floor. Table not wiped down properly. Food is good most of the time but if you hungry and go at lunch, be prepared to wait for 40 to 45 min. My burger arrived with a free tomato on top.
