  Today we went in to pet stock to use the toilet after a long drive and ended up passing by the cat enclosure. Ended up having a great chat with Raven, who not only was great chat, but super helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Super impressed with his service and kindness. Happy ending, we ended up adopting our new baby Miso!

  They are not professional at all, they speak in a very rude and uninteresting way, and they don’t even say hello when they greet you. They act as if they are forcing people to work with zero smiles. We will never take our dog to Petstock Essendon, especially because of the employee named Carla who says she is a nurse. They left me on hold for 10 minutes and they did not call back. I called back because the phone was cut off and the employees did not know about each other, not professional at all.

  I brought in my large anxious rescue mutt with an unexplained gut issue. Brenton (vet) was so kind and gentle (to her) she didn’t flinch, growl or bark not matter what he did.. all typical behaviours with strange men. He told me everything we needed to know

  Amanda and her grooming team are just fantastic, I realised the other day that I was taking my Aussie over 6 years and I cannot see taking him to anyone else. The Vets and nurses also love and care for my boof head. Thanks team
