a month agoStaff need training to give advice, answer questions and have information about the food they are selling. Completely distracted staff on his phone all throughout with no care for the food or the order. Online is way better than walking into an empty store with 1 chair.3 months agoDont buy the pizza melts and hersheys lava cake. Its an absolute joke. Pizza melts are nothing like what they advertised in the US. Lava cake is miniature. Should’ve been labelled as a glorified cupcake. Just stick with their pizzas2 months agoUsually, Pizza Hut is delicious, but today I was disappointed because it arrived cold through Uber Eats delivery. I’m wondering if I made a wrong menu choice.6 months agoOrdered hot and spicy chicken from Pizzahut, got in time with plenty of ingredients, Best pizza in my neighbourhood and most recommended. Mouthwatering food & amazing taste.2 months agoBought 24 seasoned wings for $27 and was told 15mins, came back 15 minutes after and was then told that a random accidentally took my order and that they would remake my order and have to wait 10 minutes The 10 minutes ended up being just under 20 and as i was waiting the previous person that accidentally took my order comes back in saying he got the wrong one and was given his order and was told to just just keep the wings. Having to wait 30 minutes total for 24 wings and the other person which looked like only bought one pizza gets 27 bucks worth of free wings

Loved their pizzas every pizza we ordered was upto the mark. Ordered through delivery so that was on time as well. Only they missed was tax invoice which i mentioned particularly in comments but after calling to store someone responded and sent me reciept on my number.
Store showed that pricing was included. 3 pizza 2 sides. Surcharge on our sides for some reason although no signage on overhead display showing otherwise…
No surprise on Google maps showing quieter than usual.
Will be out of business soon if they continually overcharge what is on the signage for their products. Only answer is I am not allowed to charge less. That signage is from Pizza Hut Head Office.
Manager needs to help this team by not hanging them out to dry. Looking to write something positive hopefully will come after my Pizza not optimistic…..
Pizza was stuck to the box, looked like it had been dropped and not cooked all the way through. Very disappointing and completed their in store review requesting a call back and never got one. Don’t put pizza on bikes if you can’t carry them correctly
OMG, just got this super spicy paneer pizza and cheesy garlic bread from Uber Eats. It’s like a flavor fiesta! The paneer is sooo spicy (in a good way), and the garlic bread is like a cheesy dream. The delivery was prompt, and everything arrived piping hot. Five stars for flavor, freshness, and fantastic service!
My partner ordered our food (2x pizza, a drink and garlic bread) 6:35pm, the order arrival time said 7:25pm. Now this isn’t a problem, but why does it take over an hour for the pizzas to get delivered when we’re only 15 minutes away (by bike— maybe even less). The delivery driver come until 7:35pm with only 2x pizza and the drink. No garlic bread. Also the pizza were cold. He told my partner that he’d go back to the shop to get it and call us in 5 minutes or so upon returning with the garlic bread. Whilst my partner waited in the lobby of our hotel for 15 minutes, I was on the phone for the same period of time. Not once in that 15 minutes was the phone picked up. My partner received no call back from the delivery driver either. So we jumped on a tram with our cold pizzas to the Pizza Hut on docklands. Which was 15 minutes trip for us.
When we arrived, there was about seven other people waiting for their food. When we told them about what happened, the lady said she’d remake it for us. However, at this point why would we wait? When there was people waiting for 30 plus minutes already. She had to call the manager to confirm our refund; which said would be back in 24 hours. (If in 24 hours we don’t have our money back. I will be calling and making more of a fuss). Then the lady had the nerve to say that our delivery driver was standing in the rain, when my partner was waiting in the lobby and clearly wrote out for him to come inside.
I understand that hospitality is busy, I personally have worked in the industry for many years. I could clearly see that it was. But it shouldn’t be on the customer to come into the shop; after a lack of communication and efforts of those employed. I don’t know if the manager needs to hire more people to work but something has to change because, tonight was ridiculous.
