2 months agoThe best pizzas in town! I don’t meant among other Pizza Hut branches (or other franchises), their pizzas are really the best. They have the freshest bases which are cooked perfectly with the right amount of toppings and delivery is so fast. We’ve been ordering pizza from them and they’ve been always good and they’ve boos good, but recently they’ve become THE Best! Hope they continue to keep up the good job. A big thumbs up ??4 weeks agoGenuinely the most craziest pizza hut ever. The guy said they don’t sell medium pizzas but yet ive seen them being made, no one was speaking English at all. The staff and his family were there like wild animals in the shop, with staff eating like dogs and then the mum slapped her daughter for being naughty. Crazy6 months agoExcellent customer service since new owner has taken over the store. Really helpful each time I order and have a particular request. The food is delicious and fresh. Surprised to see the negative reviews below because I’m a regular customer I’ve only had positive experiences. 8 months agoWe ordered supreme and pepperoni on classic. We got greasy, soggy thin pepperoni with cheese crust. Ordered golden gaytime and received a solid block of mess that’s inedible. Defrosted and re-frozen. Quality control at its lowest.a month agoNormally we have pizza during the week but unfortunately today I went to buy pizza on Sunday, I arrived in at 11 sharp but the door still close and no one in side ,there is a paper on the door with the opening hours which is said open at 11 am .I waited for 10 minutes after that one of the worker arrived I asked him why still close he said sorry I don’t have the key to open we wait another 7 minutes then a lady came and handed the key to the worker without any word she didn’t apologize for being late or even say hi to anyone she acted very arrogantly ,they open the door I walked in with them she was obviously annoyed or not happy I order everything and paid I said thank you she ignored me I said it again she ignored me again ??? I just want to advice that lady being the owner of the place does NOT gives you any right to treat your customers like that and also another advice you can go and study a course about how to treat your customers. Finally thanks God you are Not working everyday coz we like this place and we like all other friendly staff who work on week days .. very disappointed and very bad experience today.

Terrible!!
Pizza was soggy, and the Creamy Prawn Alfredo Pasta had only two very small prawns on top that tasted old! (not what it looked like from the photo)
I usually love Pizza hut but the Perth branch is definitely a place to avoid!!
This occurred on the 20th of April 2023, and I have the appropriate documentation to prove it (i.e. communications with pizza hut’s head office, call logs and surveillance footage):
I placed a relatively VERY SMALL delivery order (one pepperoni lovers personal pan pizza , a lava cake and two can cokes) through their website, I live UNDER 8 MINUTES AWAY from this place and the estimated delivery time was half an hour, which is fine. After about 35 minutes and nothing arriving, I tried calling, but no one picks up their phone. I called a total an absurd amount of times and NO ONE PICKS UP FROM THIS LOCATION FROM THIS EXPERIENCE, THEY DO NOT PICK UP THEIR PHONE.
When calling and getting the automated phone response, it had said my order was being prepared, 40 minutes after from the initial order time, it said it was being dispatched, 50 minutes after the initial order time, it said it had arrived (even though nothing was delivered), an hour after the initial order time, it said it was in dispatch AGAIN… nothing was consistent and I couldn’t get to anyone at this store on the phone.
After an hour and some many minutes had passed into placing the order, I gave up and decided to drive to the store to see where in the world my relatively SMALL order was after all this time; and could you believe it…. I arrived there almost an hour and a half after ordering, and JUST as I arrive there they tell me the driver just got to my house… I told him there to tell the driver to just put it on the table next to my door.
And guess what… WHEN I GET BACK WHERE DO I FIND THE ORDER? THE DELIVERY DRIVER PUT IT ON THE DIRT, OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE! WHEN I OPENED THE PIZZA IT WAS GRACED WITH THE PRESCENCE OF ANTS AND I HAD TO THROW IT OUT.
I have security cameras at my house to show that the driver put it there and I also took photos of the pizza that I came back to.
I provided this evidence to Pizza Hut’s support and they refunded me after review, nothing else was offered and after this joke of an experience, which months later I’m still annoyed about, I’ve pretty much stopped ordering from here regularly, which I used to do so much for pickup in the past.
0/10 I would highly recommend you stay away from this place and I implore that Pizza Hut takes a close look at this abhorrent store.
Bought wings under the wingstreet brand on uber eats. Was really bad would not get again. Paid $20 for below average chicken nuggets pretty much. Barely any sauce on top of the wings, I wanted saucy wings like advertised but they were just dry and tasteless chicken nuggets. and they forgot the ranch I ordered. Definitely won’t order again.
Had placed an order 3 days in advance for it to be delivered at 12PM, then called to have time changed to 11:45am and was told no worries delivery time has been changed. 11:50am rolled round with no delivery.. then 12pm and then 12:15pm – called and asked where my delivery was as its now half hour late and they tell me it still hasnt left the store. 12:25pm rolls round and the pizza is delivered and cold..
Thank you very nice. Parking a little hard, children friendly and easy to access with a wheelchair. Outside dining. Quick service. Can offer delivery. On 1300 Pizza Hut.
