a month agoThe food is okay, but the main issue lies in the service attitude of the young female staff. It takes approximately an hour from placing an order at the counter to receiving the food. Having missed the order, causing customers to wait, the attitude was quite unpleasant. This young lady being racist to me for not ordering on the phone and makes me felt was my fault. If you don’t mind being offended you can give it a try; otherwise, it’s advisable to avoid it.3 weeks agoWe walked in and weren’t greeted. Ok we will wait. Waited five minutes. My kids started asking the worker a question. I noticed he had ear buds in. I told them he won’t answer you bc he can’t hear you. It’s so rude and terrible customer service. When he finally decided it was worth saying something to us he said it’s going to be a 30-40 minute wait. Not hi. Just it’s a long wait so leave. We did. There was only ok other person in there and they had their food. Super lame.3 months agoThey used to have an extensive menu. From korean fried chicken to spicy fried chicken. But they have chopped out quite a few options now. The spicy fried chicken was really good, crispy on the outside and super juicy on the inside. The chips were always soggy though.9 months agoFirst time here. Burgers are so big and taste fresh. The buns are lightly toasted. I couldn’t finish the single wicked chicken burger I ordered. Friendly staff and great service. Will be going there again for sure.a month agoLovely place, wonderful service from a very patient man. Lots of preorders ahead of us that I wasn’t aware of. So, long wait for our order. Maybe let customers know before purchasing, so their aware of how long they’ll need to wait. We were lucky. We weren’t in a hurry.Gorgeous food. I love the sauces. Chicken wraps are lovely.

That’s fantastic place for price-food balance 🙂 we ordered fish and chips (more fish and less dough ?) and steak with mushrooms and potatoes (lots of mushrooms). Unfortunately, steak came without sauce but that’s not a big deal. Also, we ordered coffee and tea and total amount was 53$ 🙂 It costs every dollar.

Bought the brunch specials from Grabone. Host was awesome as her service was excellent! Interior is a little bit dated, but is fine for casual relaxed dining. Kids enjoyed their meals, I enjoyed my chips, salad was ok, fish was rubbery unfortunately, but my son happily finished it off. Overall it was a pleasant dining experience.
Mixed review, the burgers and big breakfast seemed to be a hit with the family, cooked well, flavours good, portions seem good, then comes the steak meal, probably one of the worst cooked steaks I’ve had unfortunately, tasteless, chef needs improvement grilling a steak.
the coffees all were presented nicely and tasted good just the milk wasn’t heated enough so we had Luke warm drinks.
I think a bit under staffed but the staff they did have seemed nice and did their best.
It was an amazing experience for both me and my family , would definitely recommend.

A great environment and most importantly, their dinner menu was amazing. Steak very well cooked and seasoned beautifully. Friendly staff, awesome service and great tasting food. The dumplings, although I generally don’t like boiled dumplings, the flavor was amazing. I’m also not a pork person, but boy oh boy that pork was so tender, the sauce was on point. Compliments to this little gem of a place. Highly recommend, and I’ll be bringing my family here again. Thank you and my money was really well spent and left very satisfied!!!
