a week agoMy husband and I got our meal here Monday night and tried the Sweet and Sour crunchy chicken with mashed potato and gravy, pineapple fritter and garlic bread. The chicken was totally DELICIOUS. Tasty and tender it will be on our list from now on. The fritter was the best I have ever had. The potato was nice with gravy and smooth and not over spiced. Garlic bread a bit soggy but tasty. Definitely getting this meal again.3 months agoRed Rooster Rivervale is a nice shop and friendly staff. However I’d like to rate the pickleburger….. We went instore and they said nothing had come through on their end and told us to go outside and re try ordering it on their website. We tried everything refreshing the page opening a new one so we went and showed the lady it wasn’t working and showed her that the money had been taken out of our account but she still didn’t believe us. Can’t understand if the customer is showing you everything including that the money has been taken out that they will still decline your order.

I ordered 2 deals for delivery on the Red Rooster app total came to $32.70 . for delivery as my lunch was left at home as my son packed his lunch in the bag not mine. Driver from Door Dash delivered my order pulled out an incorrect drink out of the bag so I knew straight away the order was incorrect. Was speaking to the Door Dash Customer Service straight away offered a refund as I couldn’t wait another half hour as my break was only 30 minutes for My correct food to be redelivered. The refund was processed back to the store the next day Tried to call the store several times never answered. Went into the store would not give a refund even though they knew of the error only offered food replacement wouldn’t give refund. I had my lunch from home didn’t need replacement asked for redelivery the next day wouldn’t do. Poor Customer Service
Absolutely the worst red rooster, in-fact, worst fast food Iv ever had. Roll has cleary just been blasted in the microwave, it is so soggy and boiling hot, the filling is totally tasteless and the cheesy nuggets I’m not convinced aren’t processed chicken as they taste exactly the same as the chicken in the burger! Couldn’t taste cheese at all! My partner got a bbq box that was a regular, mine was also regular, yet he had a tiny paper bag with about 10 cold chips in it, his bbq burger looked, smelt and tasted horrible, his finger went straight through the bun it was that soggy! Seriously, you should be embarrassed! I feel totally ripped off and ashamed I even went there to be honest! If I could give this place a 0 out of 5 then I would.
Preparation and delivery took so long, the order was incomplete, cold food, bad customer service when we called about the issue, Uber driver tried to talk to them but they just hung up on him.
This store is not busy at all still showing attitude secondly , no parking if that’s why main issue you should buy or rent a car park so customers and Uber driver can easily access your premises.
Owner should take some action rather than sitting in his house . Stupid
This has to be the worst red rooster store of any take away food in Perth. Avoid this store at all costs!!!!!
Firstly Staff don’t understand plain English is bad, and service is not there! Our food chicken was so badly cooked and dark , hard to eat it was sickening to say the least. How long before this store is closed down, by health department!!!!! The owner must be fined for allowing such bad food and service to public!! Owner must be reported for allowing this business!!!!!!!!
