They don’t always have every part but most of the time they’ve had what I needed which makes it quick and convenient. Their staff very professional. Because of this I always check with Repco before buying anything online. There have been several times where these guys were cheaper than buying at online-only auto stores.2 weeks agoThank you John @ Repco Sunshine who went over and above to help me with my old Corolla that needed new battery and front light globe. Fitted new battery (took old one aswell) and changed the globe for me in searing Melbourne heat today. Absolute gentleman, thank you John! I also had an issue with a part and they were more than happy to exhange it which, I was honestly concerned they wouldn’t. I’m Technology Challenged, no secret. I called into Repco Hoppers Crossing, I went through the process of becoming a member, and am enjoying huge discounts. Almost half price on my purchases. The staff there are very helpful, and product knowledge is great. Other little items, so as to ensure I could fit speakers flush , in behind the seat of Ute, and in the doors were all there , excellent. I walked out the store a happy man. Repco have made me rethink where I am going to shop again.
Aaron is one of the best younger parts salesmen I have come across in over 25 years of being in the trade. I rang Repco Hoppers Crossing on a Saturday morning, and spoke with Aaron to see if he could check an item in stock, as to how many electrical terminals were on a MAF sensor.
The same item purchased from another store the day before, was missing one pin. Should have been 5, only had 4. (Missing the intake air temp sensor)
The item that he first looked at was the right part number for the application, but it too only had 4 pins. I conceded that a genuine item might be my only option to repair the vehicle.
Within a few minutes of ending the call, my phone rang, and it was Aaron.
He had found another MAF sensor in stock, with the same part number, and it had 5 pins!
Aaron took the initiative to check out other options, even when I had resigned to the probability that I wouldn’t be able to resolve the issue for my customer until next week when the dealer opened up again. Aaron also went to the effort of calling me back to tell me what he had found, then booked it out for me and had it ready to pick up.

Called up frequently and they would always help no complaints, but today i called up and immediately got redirected to the website.
