a month agoWent here for brunch with our puppy. We sat outside and had a great time. The staffs were welcoming and attentive, food and drinks were ok, atmosphere is good esp with behaved pets. This branch has indoor and outdoor seatings. You order via QR code and the staffs bring your food straight away. The foods were generous and seasoned well. There are also good selection of coffee alcoholics and non alcoholic drinks.2 months agoGreat place for a coffee, atmosphere and service was great. You either scan, order l, pay via app else order from front counter. Food was amazing ordered Grilled Chicken, Pesto & Feta Salad and was delicious ?. Coffee was good wasn’t extra hot but tasty. Over all great place to have a quick coffee break!2 months agoWe wanted a quick lunch before we headed to our next destination and stopped in at The Coffee Club. We ordered a Dirty Chai which was only just warm. Along with three main meals. While the Chicken Cesar Ciabatta sandwich look good in the window it was quite bland and tasteless. The Fish and Chips we ordered was just your average frozen fish, that ended up being very dry once cooked(while they did state it wasn’t Aus. Fish, we didn’t expect boxed frozen fish) And finally I had an open flat grill(I think it was called) with salad and chips. And while the flavour was nice, it wasn’t anything to write home about. Over all just a very average meal. The only thing we were completely happy with was the Baby-Chino we ordered for our son…2 months agoAwesome cafe tucked in a busy hub whenever you suffer a craving for sugar. Plenty of seats indoor and outdoor. Nice and clean tables all the time as I saw waitresses actively maintaining the dining area. Couple of charging points available near window seats if you need one. Toilet is pretty clean too. Overall it’s a nice spot to splurge yourself for a treat and smoko break.9 months agoNice cafe with huge seating inside and outside both. Great to sit outside on a sunny day.The cafe is in the main district docklands next to Melbourne Star.
The birds chirping along with the beautiful view, is something so peaceful.
Poor service. The waitstaff at the front took such a long time to take our order. Coffee turned out to be cold, had to ask them to warm it up again as I specially mentioned for an extra hot coffee.

Bought a BBQ egg bacon muffin. Worth it. Cost AUD 7.95 at time of reviewing, very tasty. They toast it for you
Loved their Avo sourdough with feta cheese. It was so delicious, definitely coming back for it.
Coffees were good too. Must try for brunch!
Was shopping at the Spencer Street outlet so decided to stop in for a coffee and a little sweet treat! Upon looking at the menu decided to go for a classic flat grill. To say I was impressed, would be an understatement! Such beautiful service from a smiling worker, she was so kind and funny, I was so thoroughly impressed by Ally today, she really made the sun in Melbourne shine even brighter!
Would highly recommend the Coffee Club, and also if you stop by and see Ally, say hello, she is so charming!
I have been to many of the Coffee Club franchises across Sydney/Melbourne and this one is average. The staff were okay, the server who brought our food didn’t seem very interested in her job. The cafe furniture and cutlery need a major upgrade! My mug and tea pot looked stained and outdated.
The food was good and considering we were behind in the queue our food came out pretty quick.
Staff didn’t seem that much interested in their job. The tables and chairs weren’t the cleanest to be honest. The owners of the coffee shop / mall might need to consider pest control measures. Reach out for more details if you’re the owner or refer to cctv around 11:30-11:45
