These guys do quality food. The egg and bacon rolls are made right in front of you. I also had a spinnich and ricotta roll , it tasted like home made and was delicious. Atmosphere is fairly laid back. We had to wait , but it was worth it. Prices are pretty reasonable.

Stopped here on a Sunday afternoon. Excellent service. Large and tasty pies. Walked in wondering if they had neenish tarts, they certainly did and they were huge and tasty. Grabbed a table out the front and enjoyed our late lunch.

A popular bakery store located about a block away from the post office. Friendly staff. Bakery items, drinks and freshly-made sandwiches are made here. Staff are fast and efficient. The store could do with a deep clean. Parking is located out the front.

  1. Very impressive pies at a reasonable price. We tried the smoked brisket with jalapeno and cheese, and the Chicken Satay. Superb. We were there at peak time and the staff were pumping out made to order sandwiches and thought we might be forgotten, but we weren’t.

  2. Reasonable priced, the true embodiment of just an okay pie. The server did slam the pie down on the counter like I was the problem. That kind of soured the place. Coffee wasn’t too bad. Wouldn’t make it a must stop place when visiting.

  3. Only good thing was the coffee and the woman who made the coffee. Not sure if it was the owner or a worker that served but she was rude to every customer that came in. Very unfriendly woman. I wish I said something when she was being blatantly rude to a woman requesting a birthday cake. Don’t open a business or go to work if you have a terrible attitude. Simple.

  4. I actually love the products at Carah’s, sadly when you have a great product that people are even willing to travel especially to the store for but have terrible customer service then it tends to deter you from wanting to drive 45 minutes again to get the product you love. I have attended 3 times in the past week for a specific product and don’t get me wrong I get they make things at certain times, however yesterday I was told very specifically it would be in store today , so in I go to get the product and the sales lady could barley speak to me, I was attempting to ask about the product and was abruptly told we got what’s in the window, I tried to explain I had driven a long way and was told the day before it would be in today, whilst the lady was huffing off out the back without even trying to listen to me, on returning she was blunt and said yeah he is making them, I asked if she knew when it might be ready and her response was a dirty look at me and well late this afternoon. I of course won’t be able to get the product again today I need to return home for work, my point is it’s all good and fine to have product people love and want but if that’s the level of customer service then bugger the product I will learn to make it myself, I won’t return to support that local business and neither will encourage anyone I know to. I hope the owner gets their staff on track to treat people a little bit better. So for me it’s a 1
