2 months agoWhat great service we received from Damien. Limped into town on Sunday night with a dead alternator. Phone call to Damien on Monday morning, and despite being fully booked for 2 weeks he squeezed us in. Ordered a new part and stayed back that night in order to have us back on the road the following day. Cannot thank him enough. Just a few words of appreciation for the work conducted recently on my Lotus caravan and Ford Ranger by Cameron and his staff. My batteries in the van expired after 6 years and on advice from Cameron we chose to install a 200ah Fusion Lithium battery and a 40 amp DC2DC battery charger. As well we had a couple of additional Anderson plugs installed for power and solar input. Work was first rate. The result was first rate and the service first rate. Solar battery issues b4 a scheduled 5 day off grid part of our holiday terrified me to be without solar. A call to Cameron when we were 2 hours away he was happy to have a look. The boys at Got Power assessed our issue, advised us, installed what we needed and we were on our way again in 30 minutes. Fantastic service, friendly and helpful young blokes having a go. Would 100% recommend. Thanks guys.
On the road and been having battery management system problems. Got Power fitted us in, tested the system and found it needs replacing. They were fantastic. Wrote a report for us to send to manufacturer. Thoroughly recommend them.
