12 months agoExcellent customer care and fabulous collection for your everyday home decor needs! Always love a visit on my days off so I could refresh the home ambience with what’s new in the store! Has got massive offers on weekly basis so always get the membership and subscribe to their email flyers.Ample parking and space.
a month agoIt was very busy and they didn’t have enough staff on. When going through the store there were no staff to ask questions to and the staff on the counters were too busy serving to assist.When we came to the cashier it was a very long line and one cashier couldn’t find a price on an item and they had to ask the customer to go back and look.
Pretty scrappy service I’m not enthusiastic about returning.
8 months agoA great spotlight. As well stocked as the mainland ones. Very helpful staff today. But not always. As an artist it’s a great spot for me to find bits and pieces for @lila’stree2 months agoI can spend hours and hours here, so many things in one place, from crafts, arts, fabric, utensils, everything for cake makers and so many nick nack, also for your home decorating needs. Become a member would be nice as you can get special price tooa month agoVery bad experience with customer service today, went to buy cutting board, on the price tag it was $15, so i went to buy in service desk, they said it is $20. So, i asked staff to come and have a look in the aile, she said it is wrongly tagged, it is $20 and walked away without any further communication, didnt even said sorry.

I’ve been shopping at Bunnings Burnie for a while now and I’ve always been impressed with the quality of the products, the helpfulness of the staff, and the competitive prices.
The store is well-stocked with everything you need for home improvement projects, from small tools and materials to major appliances and furniture. The staff are always happy to help you find what you’re looking for, and they’re always willing to offer advice.
I may have provided a review previously when I first moved to Tassie earlier this year. But having just visited Canberra again where I lived for 30 years, and needing a few things, I have to repeat my positive comments on the Burnie store. The level of service alone is 100% better than I have experienced in Canberra. Well done to management and the staff of the Burnie store.
Great place service is good. Get to wander freely. If in dout just ask. Has pretty much everything tat ya may need r be after. And is pet friendly now.
All tho the toilet hinges I was after,, which they do sell those toilet seat,, they don’t have and you have to order online, which I went thro eBay .
Ordered a kaboodle kitchen, after receiving a phone call that it was ready, it took another 4 attempts to receive everything and some of it was damaged and needed to be returned, end of bench wasn’t laminated. Wasted 2 days of my time.
Hired a nail gun for a job an hour away, charger not working, battery flat. There goes 2 hours.
Sort it out. Wasted so much of my time
