Stunning technique makes it easy to deal with any hair trouble. Great services that always figure out the optimal and appropriate style to an individual.Hair stubborn and head tends flat problem have been annoying me for so long. Crystal’s marvelace cutting and shaving skill makes me better look also easy tidy of my hair. Highly recommend to everyone who have difficulty and need consultant about their hair. It took more then 5 hrs, she did amazing services and has wonderful skills to covered up my hair problem ( damaged hair and dryness with crazy natural curling). Originally I wasn’t going to say anything as I got my hair cut nearly 2 weeks ago, but after seeing my hair straightened again and how badly cut it is at the back including my fringe, I thought I should just be honest.
Firstly the service was lovely but the skill in cutting and styling long hair is non existent. After asking to keep my length and to give me layers (which aren’t straight at all! I’m close to tears again it’s cut so badly) I ended with one side visibly longer than the other side at the back and when I get it fixed it’s taking away from my length that I’ve wanted to keep. My fringe is gappy and uneven. There wasn’t enough time allocated for me after I asked for more as my hair is super long and thick so the hairdresser was rushed even more. I can’t remember the Indian woman’s name but I recommend giving her more training.
I highly recommend HD Studio! Very friendly and talented hairdressers❤️ and they really listen to what you actually want. Very professional work on amazing products! As a bonus -> glad of wine ? I couldn’t be happier! Thank you guys;)
I have asked for a trim.. but left looking even worse than before.
The hair wash was everything but gentle and relaxing and the blowdryer was set on the hottest setting, hurting my scalp and no hair care treatment afterwards! Had to wait for about 45 minutes as well even though I’ve had an appointment. Very disappointed, would not recommend and definitely not worth $75!!
Computer was down when I arrived and the stylist had no idea who I was or what I was having done.
Foiling techniques, sectioning and weaving were that of a first year apprentice.
Toner didn’t take at the basin and moved back to the seat and looked like a highlighter, voiced my concerns she dried it and asked how it looked, however it looked still a highlighter! mixed another bowl of bleach and applied it directly to my roots effectively giving me a scalp bleach in one certain section.
back to the basin for another sloppy wash and toner in this time another customer arrived for a wash and cut, she was given a wash and sat at a chair with wet hair to be told the stylist wasn’t going to be able to do her hair! Stylist blast dried her hair then came to rinse my toner out while the client finished drying her own hair!
Left the salon with two toned hair, bright yellow roots and grey ends! Have tried to contact the manager or owner with no response at all
Highly recommend this place! Wonderful staff & atmosphere. My hair couldn’t be more beautiful! Thank you guys you did an awesome job!
