2 years agoVery poor service. Strongly suggest you go elsewhere. Even customers of 50 years standing will not be tolerated if you are 20cents short of the paper price. This business really takes that saying, do not ask for credit as refusal offends to a whole new level. Thumbs down to the early morning sales guy. A great family owned n run business with friendly helpful staff. I’ve had great experiences most times I visit. Staff are welcoming and willing to help. Return of item was dealt with easily. Good selection of products from stationery, bags, software, phones to furniture. Photo prints, book binding and enlargement to posters are also available. Aisles are clean and neatly organised.
We always have an excellent experience at the Bunbury store. Caren really knows her stuff and was super helpful finding the stationary we needed for the new school year. Caitlin at the checkout was amazing. Best customer service all round. Thanks team!
We are from out of town visiting for the weekend, and decided to shop at Officeworks on a Sunday, after vacating our room at the Lord Forrest.
I was after a selections of pens and was lost in the variety you had. There were two mature woman floating around and I asked one of them for help. I think Maria was her name. It was no bother and she knew her pens! She was so helpful, friendly and happy. And that’s very rare these days.
I even came back with my partner to buy more things. I was so happy with the customer service that I received. Thinking to myself, I’m coming back when here again to say hello and of course buy something as your selection of products are great.

I went to print pictures and they kept cropping them and you could only use the self service machine (I’ve always been able to print pictures off at the counter) and they said they don’t do that?
Recently sent a staff member into the Bunbury branch to purchase ink cartridges on our account with a purchase order and spoke to the staff to identify our company. Most unhappy with the service. Our staff member was informed that our account was on hold as we owed $5.98. When in fact our account was in credit and we did not owe this money, then to add insult to injury we had not use any of our credit on our account. Shocking service and how embarrassing in front of our staff member being refused the item and told to come back another day. Cannot believe the poor service it was totally unacceptable. Upon calling the accounts department I was put through to a Krishna who was not interested in the problem and kept telling me to purchase on line to prevent this happening again. Not even an apology. I asked to speak to a Manager and was told they were in a meeting. This happened Tuesday 14/11/2023. I still have had no call from any manager. Very very bad service.
