Pleasantly surprised by this little gem! We had the calamari entree (yum!) and I had the macadamia salmon whilst my husband had the Cajun salmon. The Maca salmon was the highlight! Wonderful service from the young waitress also. Highly recommend this spot! Shame we live in Brisbane and can’t dine here regularly 🙂

Came here in the recommendation of a local. The chowder was amazing, but the bun was disappointing. The fish was pretty tasteless, as were the chips, so I’d recommend only getting the chowder. Ice cream looked good, I’ll try it next time I come here

Delicious food of calamari , scallops and Trevally with hot chips, yet the price was a bit steep $28 for trevally and chips. Comparing this to the Foreshore.

Very nice food whether eat in or Take-away. Large menu choice & kids meals. Unfortunately I can never fit in dessert because I’m too full! They even have a variety of fresh fish. We were a group 14 people tonight & were served in a timely manner. The staff are lovely & friendly ? Tonight I shared The Edge Seafood platter for 2, it was delicious.

As starters, Calamari rings were amazing and the main dish of Cajun Salmon was worth every penny also lovely staff. A must visit.

  1. What can I say, it’s Coles, great discounts and an excellent range.
Although it’s in the Kmart complex, Parking is horrendous as it’s a horrible car park to enter, park in and leave, with an absurd ticketing machine (works, well enough but just a hassle)
Parking in the street is difficult.

That said, Coles still offers an excellent range of products and their prices when on sale are great.
Sadly, Coles continues to bombard Australian shoppers with plastic food wrapping but at least they offer cardboard carry bags, albeit at 25c so what may look like sustainability and it is, however, is just another money grab from the bug supermarkets.

  2. We arrived off the boat and headed to our accommodation with a detour at Coles. Wish we had gone to Woolworths. Girl at deli clearly had not packed any of the cold meat away but said it was closed. We were 5 minutes too late. Couldn’t find quite a few items in the store, didn’t seem to stock them. Some of the produce the next day seemed a bit bruised and old.

  3. Well stocked and very helpful staff, good place to go. Well done.stock levels have improved, and doing their best to keep prices down, well worth a visit.
Just visited and found a great saving on nearly all vitamins, up to 50% on all of my favourites. I just had a great time spending all the points I accumulated during the year, and it was well worth it. We picked up most of what we needed for Christmas, thanks, Coles, and Merry Christmas to all of your fantastic staff.

  4. Used Coles Click and Collect in Burnie for the first time. Only recommendation would be to move the pick up point outside of the parking complex as you have to wait in queue to get into the complex then again for cars trying to park and pedestrians then drive around to their narrow parking areas and restricted parking complex height of 2 metres. All very annoying. Pick up bays on the street would be better save time save confusion and stress of complex carpark pick up
