First time at Five Guys today. I was excited to try something different. I like that they have a simple menu. Makes the choices easier. Not cheaps for a fast food chain, my $17 burger was not worth the cost. So that was disappointing.

The restaurant was clean and tidy. We liked the bottomless soft drinks. the son got the milkshake and said it was very thick and creamy, which he liked. He did say there was a lot of chocolate in it though.

Plenty of parking and accessible.

It was good to try and experience, but we will not be in a rush back.

Ordered a little cheeseburger ? with fries and coke, cost about 25/pp. A bit overpriced burger – ingredients are fresh. The good thing is you can customise the ingredients, the staff are super nice and friendly ?? nice to have a try if you are curious on its taste.

I was hesitant because of the negative reviews but everything was beyond expectation. The burger was so big, ingredients looked and tasted fresh and the staff was super helpful in assisting us to order. But I don’t think we will be ordering the milk shake next time though – it was good but nothing special. The chips was our favourite.

Definitely Five guys burgers, chips and shakes will be my favorites from now on! Beef patties are perfect juicy tasty just amazing !! Well quite messy to eat bc I asked all toppings in my burger so buns were quite wet but I don’t care my burger was perfect as is like that Just melting burger I will call it And ordered regular chips and we got a double of regular quite generous and shake was eyes popping taste

Visited the Five Guys store in Penrith. Ordered the Cheese burger with a choice of my preferred toppings and cajun style fries The burger was good. The patty was well cooked and had a double patty. The fries were crisp, flavoursome and well cooked. The only thing to note is the taste of the burger depends on your choice of toppings and hence the outcome of the burger can vary from person to person. It was a little bit expensive for the burger received.

The place with the most delicious french fries in the world, you order the sizes, and they even throw in more in the bag. The best part is that the soda is refillable, so you can get as much as you want, and the hamburger is delicious ? You get to choose what goes inside your burger. Oh, and the milkshake is a delight. I always ask for bacon to be added, and it’s so good, the mix of sweet and savoury, and the crunchiness is divine.

Five Guys is one of the best burger joints. Their burgers and fries are consistent in their goodness, it’s impossible to have a bad burger as they are made from fresh not frozen ingredients and they are made to order. The cheeseburger all the way is outstanding as is the beef hotdog. The toppings are free so there is no additional to pay on those. And there are free refills of the fountain drinks. The city location is tucked away off George Street down the alley towards the chemist warehouse.

Delicious burgers and fries, with generous portions. Don’t forget about the milkshake. I’m the type of person who eats a lot (like A LOT) but what I would recommend getting is as follows: a Little Cheeseburger (with “All the Way” toppings), a small Cajun fries (it’s not going to be a typical small portion, trust me), and a milkshake (with your favourite mix-ins, but my favourite is peanut butter without whipped cream). Guaranteed feeling super satisfied. Highly recommended.

Burger, fresh cut chips and a cheeky lunchtime beer, no complaints here. Staff are very friendly, know their product & have a genuine passion. Value is a function of price and quality so I have no problem with the pricing. Love that they fry in peanut oil rather than nasty, stinky cheap canola oil.
