5 Replies to How Argos Trafford Centre Transformed Into the Country’s Largest Location
Very rude sales assistant with the worst customer service skills refused my item to return. She told me to go to another store to return the item. So I guess it was returnable? Clearly they are not following the “return policy” of Argos and just trying to push their problems onto other people instead of dealing themselves. Very unprofessional.
Came here to pick up some beats. Very careless with the items during pick up. Came back to get a replacement because it was damaged and the sales assistant put through a return without saying anything even though I had asked for a replacement.
I’ll keep it short. They lied to me about being able to give me my product back after accidentally putting through a return. They kept ignoring what I was saying and continued to tell me the same thing. The sales assistant he was very aggressive in his demeanour slamming my items to read a barcode and in his tone of voice. Terrible customer service don’t pick anything up from here or buy here.
Don’t know what her name is but it’s something like Afiyah she is the worst of the worst that works in argos, I’m actually in the process of speaking with the owner or head manger at argos because the way she talks to people is very rude! She obviously is a racist she didn’t want to serve me because I was white she thinks she’s some superior bengali queen when really she’s a rat. Beware of this woman as I returned my item to argos and she said she couldn’t refund me because the box was open wich is crazy because I took it back there sealed never been open I watched her with my own eyes open the box then said she’s not going to refund me she was laughing at me while she said it I felt very upset her attitude towards me made me very depressed that day she obviously has a vendetta against white people. If u have any problems with her report her she needs to loose her job she shouldn’t be in customer service if she has a problem with Christian’s beware!
I’m hoping this reaches the manager. I stroll to the shop to get some stuff for a beloved little one. Shirley and Jackie, the staff, were very wonderful. They extended support and aid.
It was the nicest ten minutes of customer care I’ve had in years, and you definitely need more of these lovely people working for your firm… I hope you give them something this season.
Regards
I went this Argos to change a faulty product type c charger, however, manager Mirza who teach me about manufacturers guarantee system. He is totally awkward and foolish to advise.
People should avoid Argos because of this kind of manager who has no knowledge.
If Argos retain this kind of manager they will loss their valuable customers.
