  1. Large DIY store selling everything you need for the home and garden. Large main aisles allow lots of people to be accommodated but it can be a bit too big as lots of walking to find the items you need. Garden centre is lovely with some great quality plants.

  2. Whats there to say about b&q. Everyone knows you can get everything under one roof.

They are a bit overpriced but they quality of items are brilliant. Sometimes they’ll have something in stock that no one else has. I needed some windsor grey and white tiles but no other store had them except b&q.

There returned policy is 45 days which is good.

Overall, its a good store. Can’t complain.

  3. Worst staff in the world – rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. The staff that answer the phone is absolutely terrible and unhelpful. They put twice the phone down while I was still asking for any update about my delivery after a very long wait on the phone. The delivery has been canceled and rescheduled 3 times, and 3 times they failed to deliver my items. I waited for the entire 3 days at home and didn’t even get a text to inform me they wouldn’t have delivered that day. I ended up collecting 30 packs of laminate myself using my car, and carried 30 packs of laminate (14 kg each) on my shoulders up to the 27th floor. An absolute nightmare. Stay far away from B&Q.

  4. Horrible experience. Rude staff. Casted many dirty looks because my friend dropped something by accident. Was told to sit somewhere else despite having a visible disability. You wouId think they would be more understanding! (And they call themselves professionals!?)
Usually love coming to this store but won’t be coming again…. ?

  5. When entering the store i ask where a iteam was I was told by jannaci to item was on the back wall i asked to show me where they are she refused to show me .fine I get to the back wall they aren’t there. I then ask sagar another member of staff he also couldn’t find it he asked another colleague which directed him to the iteam . Once I had the went to pay for it I ask the lady who I first spoke to for the manager I was told she was the manager kn charge amazing. Went to psy asked how much the reply was 44 pound I replied a please would be nice he replied I’ve said it once I don’t need to say it again the refused to serve me just for the record I am deaf and need hearing assist aids which makes me feel discrimination becouse of my disability the server was callum with tattoos on his face what a poor experience
