  1. An amazing store, full of stock great service, clean, bright, just fantastic as a multi level department store. They do this so well.

No London shopping is complete without spending an hour or more here. Even if it is at the cafe as well as in the department.

    This works

  2. It’s a large John Lewis with lots of products, although very busy store which can make it difficult to get around. The other issue is the store is starting to become tired, worn out, especially the cafe area. The store would benefit from a major refit.

  3. I really like John Lewis and I’m a regular customer. The maintenance and cleaning of this specific store however can be improved. This is a picture of the baby/family area on the 4th floor on Nov 26 at 15:40 pm.
While heading downstairs on the escalators I also noticed a water leak seeping through the concrete ramp that houses the escalator. Looking up you can notice a large rust coloured stain. I hope this gets addressed soon and doesn’t become a safety hazard for clients.

  4. First time we made it and were very much positivly surprised. Very nice displays, friendly stuff and sesonal offerings. Prices are good. I recommend the wine bar on level 5. Chose your preferred bottle from a great variety.

  5. Fabulous visit yesterday, International Women’s Day! Free Prosecco and a wonderful female jazz singer in the wine bar on the third floor! Must mention Chloe who was promoting the event and giving out the vouchers! She was lovely, she did a great job…we will definitely use the wine bar now we know it’s there! A really delightful afternoon!
