  1. Staff were extremely rude as we tried resolve a problem with the beds, we asked for an extra bed to be added to a double room however they offered us a very hard camp bed and when we went to complain they told us to go elsewhere and didn’t seem to care what so ever!!
Also the carpets are very dirty and covered in stains, along with the wall paper peeling the room felt very old and tired. Very shocked as we thought this was a 4 star hotel!
Ended up packing our bags and staying at a 2 star hotel down the road where the staff were welcoming and the beds were extremely comfortable!

  2. Hotel has improved a lot in terms of service and facade. The breakfast buffet has a nice spread which we have enjoyed. Staffs were friendly and helpful.

Downside was the Bathtub leaks water and never gets filled up causing lots of water wastage – hope the management can look into this. Secondly smokers sometimes smoke along the corridor of the hotel rooms can be quite annoying.

  3. I stayed here for 14 days. Totally two weeks.
Because of the COVID-19 isolation, I cannot go out to experience the facility of this hotel. But during my staying, I have to thank the warming staffs for providing us good services. They are enthusiastic and smiling always.
With their deliveries, 3 meals a day, cleaning once a day.
Also , the room is big and clean , facility is new for most. I will remember this special period in this very tough year and the new better time is sure waiting around the corner.

  4. It’s a pretty specific place, where local Mafia smugglers meet and have fun drinking up to early morning. Boys are demanding tips in such obtrusive way that I didn’t give them a cent. Probably they are not paid but it’s not my problem. I got a room in the front where mobile phones shop has extremely loud speakers which are able to kill you with noise. My request of room change was accepted and I moved after an hour. Breakfast was good though, if you like Vietnamese food as much as I like. No western options. It was the only hotel in the city open during covid so I didn’t have too much choice.

  5. Supposedly a 5 star hotel. The room was pretty good, the pool was nice, went down to dinner in the huge restaurant but, it looked closed, they had one menu which we photographed so we could all look at it, we chose two items, they headed off to the kitchen and came back saying that they couldn’t do either, not exactly 5 star. Having said that breakfast was excellent. Had to go out in the rain and get a cab to a local restaurant.
