This used to be a great little friendly cafè, now it’s an utter disgrace. All four coffee machines out of action and by the looks of things, for quite sometime. But fear not ☝? customers have to spoon their own instant (see pictures) ?
The only reprise is the lovely staff they have holding this place together with duck tape.
Clearly the management, or lack there of, are a complete embarrassment letting this place go to ruin.
I sometimes shop here, and it’s pretty good. I do like the fish and meat, the quality is quite good. Only thing I’d say is some of the vegetable sections are pretty poor quality looking. Sometimes, it looks like leftovers, old and scraggy looking. But overall a decent store.
Seems that this supermarket has given itself a face-lift! Has a freephone for a cab service, very disabled friendly, which makes a change! Has a coinstar & a basic clothing section. Found the store to be well presented, clean & tidy. The staff were also very friendly. Has tills & self-service tills can pay by cash or card.
Large supermarket with almost everything you need. Friendly staff if you need to know where the items are located, convenient location and close to Tube station.
Today around 11 o’clock I paid at the self-service cash register and I needed help from your employee. There were 3 of them and all of them ignored me. They only served customers of their own nationality and they completely ignored me only when I came to see one in person. Why is she ignoring me when I have a different skin color? it helped, you can look at the camera recording, I will never come to you again to buy. You should replace those old ladies with younger blood, they act like they own the whole store.
