5 Replies to Reviewing the Best Target Superstore in San Antonio TX

  1. I love Target. Especially the store at Balconies Park. The store is always extremely clean. Always looks fresh and organized. Upscale without the upscale price. I always find what I want at Target and somethings I want are only sold at Target. The grocery department is my favorite part of the store and I’m always able to find high quality produce and products at lower or very competitively priced to other stores. I love the wide aisles and I don’t feel confined like the narrow aisles at other stores like HEB. Of course the employees are always friendly and helpful. I’m always able to find what I’m looking for. I will definitely be back. 5 stars hands down.

  2. Kinda silly that my husband ordered diapers for me to pick up. Got here and told me I still have to wait 2 hours even though I was able to go pick up the diapers myself but they are refusing to scan it. Told me to cancel online and rebuy. Why is this not more customer friendly? Currently just standing around waiting the 2 hours in the order pick up area instead of getting my his diapers on a Saturday. Do better Target

Update: got told it went out of stock and they canceled my order even though there were several there. Jennifer and Jack the manager did not have good customer service. Offering $5 off doesn’t fix the problem.

  3. I love coming here I buy all my groceries here because you scan the item and you see what kind of deals you get plus with the target app you get money back too high hope they hire a police officer because I saw a homeless guy steal a car full of food and the security didn’t do anything about it. But other than that their target brand foods are so affordable, and I love it.

  4. Only one checkout lane for the whole store!? This is getting ridiculous. Self checkout isn’t made for everyone and shouldn’t be relied on this heavily. This Target is ruining the shopping experience for anyone with a cart of groceries by only having one checkout open. Please hire more human workers! ??

  5. I was practically stalked through the store while trying find a birthday gift. There were two guys that made it very very obvious that they were following me. The one I can remember more is the short, chubby, Hispanic guy. He has a mustache and a navy blue shirt on. Them both seemed as if they were undercover LP. I managed in retail when I was in school so I know a bit. My in store experience at this Target was one of the most unwelcoming and unpleasant experiences I have ever had in a retail store. I have never been followed, or felt uncomfortable while shopping or in a store ever in my life, and obviously followed at that. Every isle I went to, the short Hispanic guy or the other guy would be there creeping very awkwardly. I understand LP is needed in practically any and every store, but this isn’t it. Better training or more training would be beneficial. From now on I will just go to the Target at The Rim. It’s closer to my house and I have never been followed or harassed there. I don’t prefer this side of town anyways either. It’s a little… you know. It was just on the way.
