Here are some pros and cons of choosing Coles as your shopping destination:

  • Convenience: Coles is a one-stop shop where you can find everything you need in one place. It offers a wide range of products, from fresh produce to household items, making it convenient for shoppers to get all their essentials in a single visit.
  • Price competitiveness: Supermarkets like Coles often run promotions and offer discounted prices, making it more affordable for customers to shop for groceries. Coles also has a loyalty program, providing additional savings and benefits for its customers.
  • Accessibility: Coles stores are present in various locations, including urban and suburban areas, making it easily accessible for most shoppers. They also offer extended operating hours, providing flexibility for customers to shop at their preferred time.

On the other hand, traditional markets also have their own set of advantages and disadvantages:

  • Freshness: Traditional markets often pride themselves on offering fresh and locally sourced produce. Shoppers can find a variety of fruits, vegetables, seafood, and meat that are often sourced directly from farmers or fishermen. This can be particularly appealing for individuals who prioritize high-quality and organic products.
  • Social interaction: Traditional markets provide an opportunity for shoppers to interact with local vendors and build personal connections. It allows customers to ask questions, receive recommendations, and learn more about the origin and production practices of the products they are purchasing.
  • Potential for haggling: In traditional markets, there is often room for negotiation and haggling over prices. Shoppers can try to get a better deal by leveraging their bargaining skills, potentially leading to additional savings.
  • Cultural experience: Traditional markets offer a unique cultural experience, with vibrant displays of local products and flavors. They can provide a sense of authenticity and a glimpse into the local traditions and customs of the community.
  • Availability: Traditional markets may have limitations in terms of product availability, especially when it comes to specialty or international items. They may also have limited operating hours and be located in more specific areas, requiring additional time and effort to access for some customers.

  1. Nothing unusual Than other Coles, it is just another coles in another location. Compared to other coles I like the special They have recently started ,they have displayed those newly introduced specials just next to the checkout which catch people attention. Which is good. I like that.

  2. Great but security insists on checking my bag every time I leave the store, and on the odd occasion they don’t I feel like a criminal. However they do have a good stock of gum consistently

  3. Lady in self service was rude and disrespectful it’s none of hers or anyone else’s business where people get the money for their groceries.
My daughter is a married mum of 4 and this woman’s exact words to her were how can you afford all this whilst watching her like a hawk to make sure she didn’t steal anything.
Maybe she needs to learn to keep her nose out of other people’s business and just do her job and for her information it’s called budgeting maybe she should try it

  4. Shelves are overstocked to the point it’s dangerous. Was recently struck in the head by two heavy items that fell off a shelf.
    Customer service ignored my emails.

Please be careful when you shop here.
