First time I’ve ever been shamed for having a disability. I explained clearly I needed the bags packed extremely lightly. Then she put two big bottles of soft drink in. After I told her I won’t be able to lift that, she rolled her eyes and said ” really? It’s JUST 2 bottles then scoffed” It might have “JUST” been 2 bottles, but even 1 bottle is at times too heavy for me. I very clearly have a walking aid that I need to hold onto and everything needs to be packed in a way either my kids or myself can bring it inside.
If people could go through some extra training on what light is and possible sensitivity training – that would be lovely. I’m not even sensitive to jokes or put downs on a general basis. But this was purely unprofessional.
Online orders are frequently missing items, or multiple bags of items. While a refund is given for these, this doesn’t help if the item is no longer on sale. Basically losing money thanks to their incompetence. Will be going through Woolworths in the future.
