  1. Drove by Geelong to grab a quick bites and Hot Chicken Projects was recommended to us. The fried chicken was tendered and the coleslaw was refreshing. We tried the Southern level heat and wasn’t spicy enough but just perfect since we arrived with a empty stomach. The cashier lady was very nice in explaining to us since we scared we over ordered. Overall, recommended to try out if you are visiting Geelong

  2. Overall really great food and friendly service. Hits the spot when you are looking to fulfill your need for the dirty bird. Caters nicely for those who like some spice. Crunchy seasoned chicken, piping hot onion rings, beer on tap and delicious fries.

  3. I will be dreaming about this juicy chicken burger for a while! The chicken was cooked perfectly, the buns were fluffy and soft, and the sauce was so good and plentiful.

It’s messy in the best way!

The lady who served us was so nice and had plenty of recommendations!

  4. Really good, spicy chicken. Alabama burger with medium heat was pretty good. Medium is quite mild, next level up I think would be a good place to start for anyone who enjoys spicy food.
Firecracker coating on the fries was good.
Wings are quite large & a few are a meal in themselves.
My only complaint about the burger was the amount of dressing in the bun. I would suggest halving it.
Overall, a fantastic spicy meal that warrants a return to savour other options.
A must try if you enjoy spicy food.

  5. We had an Alabama hamburger & three chicken wings.

The chicken wings were a bit salty for me.

The photo salad was really nice. I enjoyed it.

    The hamburger was not bad.
