  1. The young gentleman who assisted us in our enquiry on where to ride our pushbikes, gave excellent advice. We drove to Stockton, caught the ferry with our bikes, and enjoyed a delightful day of cycling along the wide share paths to the lighthouse, baths, and along beside the river. We stopped to have fish n chips sitting in the sun and loving the ambience. Thank you.

  2. Great information and local knowledge from Benjamin.
As new visitors to Newcastle, we needed a guide and we were happy to walk ourselves.
His information and map were followed to the letter and we had a beautiful day on a stunning Wednesday in the city.
He is a great advocate for your city, we returned to the centre, tired but happy to thank him for giving us a great day

  3. I have dropped into many Visitor Information centres around Australia. All helpful but some stand out. Newcastle is one of the some. Benjamin provided valuable local knowledge based on his own experiences and went out of his way to help us. If you are looking for places to go and sights to see in Newcastle make sure you go to the Visitors Information centre, right next door to the Metro.

  4. Benjamin was more than helpful and his assistance was next level, we traveled from Melbourne to go to airshow and his tips were invaluable, he happens to live close to where we are staying and told us the best place to see airshow which it was ,wow! Thank you so much. Btw, i did forget to set the timer, he’ll understand.
    Thank you, Colm.
