  1. Except for my last visit where they had a projector ma1lfunction so I needed up with a full refund for both movie and food… they are great, wheel chair accessibility is available, small arcade. Staff are friendly.

  2. Took my 4 & 6 year old to the 10:30 paw patrol movie today but the movie didn’t start until 11 and they got very agitated. Forcing kids to watch 30min of ads and trailers is completely inappropriate length of time for a kids movie when kids get bored and restless at the best of times. The other kids in the cinema were very restless. Not a great experience for kids (or the parents bringing them).

  3. I usually have a good experience at this cinema but last night when I went with my friend to watch a movie we kept getting harassed by a lady, the movie had just started so we were whispering between ourselves when she kicked my friends
chair and caused her bruising. Once we moved she screamed at us across the cinema because my phone turned on because of a notification. We started laughing between our selves because it was simply ridiculous how she was acting. She then proceeded to go get a worker twice for no reason. They sided with her even though we were being harassed. I think this is genuinely inappropriate and disgusting. She ruined our experience that we spent our hard earned money on. Get better!

  4. Would it kill you to put on some decent movies occasionally! Much like Santa/Darwin etc, Killers of the Flower Moon never made it to Bundy, god knows if the Leonard Berstein movie will either…let alone more “niche” films. Just depressing.

  5. I’ve been to many cinemas in Qld, and never had any issues with customer service. Until today…this afternoon I went to see a movie that needed age check as usual I would show the workers my passport which I carry on me. The lady serving me asked me to show her my driver’s license, just assuming I had one. I asked if I could use any other form of id, she said yes and said I could show her anything with my DOB and picture. So I showed her my passport and she said now I couldn’t use that…? I was confused on why I couldn’t use my passport but I showed her my credit card and she proceeded to say I couldn’t use that either. She then suggested I watch Wish? A kids movie? I was pretty pissed but decided to watch the movie I payed off that I didn’t want to watch. Not to mention she had let my other friends in to watch the movie we planned on watching all together. Not sure if it was because of my black skin, or if this was some form of discrimination, but it looks like she was just trying to ruin my day. The customer service I got from Mishelle was terrible, after all that she then told me to have a good day even though I was clearly upset about the whole thing what a prick. I don’t think a cinema worker suits her, she’ll probably eat all the popcorn, well at least that’s what it looks like.im embarrassed our names even sound similar. Worst cinema ever. One star.
