Struggling to give this one star! The young lad on the food desk was so polite. Really nice service but i can’t stress this enough, I strongly suggest that they clean the screen rooms. We both watched the movie with our T-shirts over our nose because the smell of urine or similar stench was violant. I feel like I need a shower right away but unfortunately I live two hours away. The stench reminded me of a typical mens bathroom in an old Baer. Enjoy your movie!
Large popcorn is over 16 dollars? And no refills? This is a large???? Theater is ok, movie was fine, but be prepared for some spendy, overcooked popcorn with kernels and lots of small bits!
If there was a dislike button I would use it.
Just trying to know where to line up to collect your tickets/ snacks is a mission in itself.
Asking employees for clarification and they’re just as confused as you, a “fun “entertaining” experience shouldn’t be so difficult. Disappointing.
Mount Pleasant Cinema has become filthy & smelly. None of the staff clean anything. The seats are always wet and mouldy, & stained with spew, pee, and poo.
They should be ashamed of themselves.
No one checks your ticket so there’s no point even paying.
The cinema is filthy with bins overflowing with rubbish, food on the seats and on the ground from the previous movie.
