2 weeks agoArrived at 4:30pm, an hour before their advertised closing time only to find the door locked – apparently the four barbers on duty couldn’t get through the remaining 5 customers before 5:30…It’s pretty frustrating when you take time off work and make sure you get to the shop with plenty of time to spare only to find yourself locked out because they can’t operate at a decent speed.
When you’re looking to look good for an event happening on the same night only to get turned away, it’s downright infuriating.
Can’t recommend the business; it seems to be pure luck whether or not you’re able to be seen.

Janelle, Mary and the team were so lovely, professional and talented through the whole process, even with covid delays. I’m so grateful for them and their work, they made us so beautiful and happy on the day. I cannot recommend them highly enough for events and for normal hair egg makeup. The cut was good and so were my eye lash and eye brow tint. Latoya paid extra special care with me and really showed she was paying attention and cared about what she was doing..I highly recommend Cooper and Co. In many ways probably one the best hair dressers I’ve been to in Armidale. Well done Cooper and Co..

Well just had my haircut with the delightful Lisa. Beautiful personality and bubbly very much likes her dogs. Wonderful woman indeed. Very nice time will definitely love to see her again.
Never go again. Went for trim up and the lady chopped all my hair off. Can’t do anything with it now, no hair. Totally annoyed and disappointed. Returned next day and another lady fixed it a little. Would like my money back please.
I had my hair styled recently and they did a fantastic job. It was exactly what I wanted and all the staff were very friendly and professional. The checking in process was also efficient and I was very happy with the whole process.
Never had an issue untill recently I have never had to go back and ask for my hair redone which is was and I then also asked for more off the front and I changed the way I wanted it styles the lady cut it better nothing like I wanted and still charged me for change of mind which is fair but didn’t actually cut the way I wanted it at all just not happy. She took the cap off showed me what she did. Usually a great salon but honestly very unhappy now have paid $50 for a hair cut that isn’t as nice as i wanted
Perfectly ok last time, but this time was very UNSATISFACTORY. Hair pulled whilst washing, then told ” well I have to get the water out”. Then the cut was exactly not what I said. When i questioned the length i was told that’s as short as she could do, I asked to layer but I got a bob. I was so shocked at the complete disregard I just left. I know I should have said more, but as she was not listening I just left. If I was not 30klm away I would go in personally.
