Pharmacists are friendly and helpful prices are generally fair, and the shop is well stocked with anything you could possibly need from a pharmacya month agoUseless chemist with pharmacist working today (Sunday) only interested in collecting his O/T. Norman is the nicest pharmacist I’ve had he always gets my medicine ready and tells me when I need more scripts. Very friendly and kind staff, couldn’t ask for anyone better. Would recommend this pharmacy to everyone.a year agoDid come today (25/08/22 AM) to seek advice about my kid’s nasal spray. The pharmacist who attended to me was arrogant and busy chatting with his colleague.I was the only customer that time so I do not know what his excuse for being rude, sarcastic and unhelpful. I felt insulted for seeking advice to this pharmacist.
If I can rate this with ZERO star, will be more than happy to do so.

a year agoI honestly don’t think I have ever dealt with staff like the staff here. They are courteous, polite, and will go out of their way to help you. Even if it was called “Pharmacy 4 More” I would still shop here. I have always believed good things happen to good people and the team here are definitely good people. Lynda and her team have always gone above and beyond for me. They are like family to me.
Lynda’s service is excellent and her enthusiasm is very contagious. I found her highly motivated and she would be an asset to any company. Lynda’s communication is second to none and her email contact was very timely and her communication was excellent on the phone.
Pharmacy 4 Less are blessed to have Lynda. Lynda has helped me many times with my complicated injuries and illnesses. Her knowledge as a pharmacists is a real blessing. She always explains things to me and helps get the best medications for me for many years now. I’m disabled and on a disability support pension. 11 months agoIf I could give no stars I would I have been going there for 18years the service I got yesterday was so bad I gave me so much stress ask for all my scripts back when I checked this morning they keeped the one I needed which had Drs information on it3 years agoArnold, the Pharmacist is very knowledgeable and takes personal interest in his customers and explains in detail about the medication, how it is to be taken etc. The staff are courteous and friendly and very helpful. The merchandise in the store is displayed well and the store is clean and tidy. I particularly like the ‘clearance’ of cosmetics. I had an occasion to have my blood pressure checked there and the lady was most efficient and attentive. The store is convenient for me and I am very happy with the service and customer satisfaction they endeavour to achieve. It’s a pleasure to drop in there every time to pick up our medicines.4 years agoI always receive personalised service from Arnold and the team, who are very friendly and helpful. Also, their prices are very competitive. I really appreciate that I can pop in and get my blood pressure checked. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Everything was changed from Pharmacy 4 Less – Discount Chemist to Direct Chemist Outlet a month ago. Staff told us it enables them to offer even better pricing. I got my usual monthly script dispensed last week, 21% higher cost. I won’t be back.
Went in to get a perscription for my son’s medication the Chemist said I couldn’t have it because he was saving it for other customers, then he tried to sell me a medication which he said was the same but 3 times the price at $378 for 6 doses!
I’m going somewhere else. Why should he choose who gets the medication? that kind of favouritism should be illegal. Grrrr.

Pharmacist is really helpful, very knowledgeable and very quick turn around in helping you. Has a large range of products which is great. Easy parking. Clean store thats easy to fine products in.
I visited this chemist on Saturday night to buy melatonin for my elderly father. I brought with me the recently finished box of melatonin containing the directions of use from our GP to show to the pharmacist but he rudely refused to provide it to me, simply stating “nah, I can’t help you with that one” and that I required a script from our GP. When I attempted to explain to the pharmacist that our GP advised us that we didn’t require a script, the pharmacist responded with “the doctor doesn’t know what he’s talking about”. I’ve never encountered such horrible customer service. I ended up visiting the Chemist 4 less on Everlasting Boulevard who provided me with the melatonin. I won’t be returning here.
