Thank you. ?10 months agoLuciana is the most caring pharmacist I have ever come across! She is always willing to go above and beyond and takes the time to address any issues I have had. Every time I visit, she checks in on my health and wellbeing. The staff are so friendly, and sometimes I may have to wait to be looked after but I understand that they are giving everyone else the same level of care, so I’m always happy to wait.5 months agoA big thank you to the Easter Monday girls who were so professional, friendly, and helpful in regards to urgent medication for my Mum. Lost one of my scripts and then told me I needed a new repeat but had actually saved it under the wrong name. Missing an item from the click and collect,they practically ask me to get a lawyer in order for them to provide the missing item (worth $20) lol…I will never buy from them again.
their app doesn’t work for scripts which is a real pain, and their inbox is full and they keep on requesting I send it there. I no longer get my scripts from here as the wait is too long due to their app not allowing me submit it earlier
Asked for my scripts, one hadnt been filled since the day before, no stress, but the lady refused to believe there was another until i persisted and she asked another team member, unfortunately it couldnt be filled until they called PBS when they opened at 9, it was 8.55am, so i asked “is that local time?” (stay in store or go home, i thought, incase the office is in WA or something (an hours difference)) she proceeded to tell me all states are the same time ?? Havent travelled much I assume. Lord.
Positive note, the rest of the staff were lovely though.
Rude service at the pharmacy counter, even ruder service at the checkout.

Used to be the most convenient chemist to come to or use there app for my multiple scripts now however, they won’t accept my scripts online/on app, and when I do get the app to work and get a message to go collect my medication I still have to wait to be seen because they still have huge lines or people waiting to speak to someone and when u tell them your here to pick your script up they still take there sweet time or they say “sorry I’ll do that now” most of the other staff however are amazing and helpful……when they ain’t looking you up and down ?♀️
