2 months ago$8 for a loaf of yesterdays bread which staff who had just been handling other people’s groceries with no cleaning between customers then took out of the bag and handled all over to scan.. . Pretty unimpressed. Usually don’t mind over paying for stuff here but I think I’ll have a break from shopping here for a while.3 months agoFantastic range of very good produce. The issue is see here is the fact you cannot get through to reception if calling, have called multiple times to try and get my son booked in to get his vaccinations but can’t get through to anyone, it’s as bad as Centrelink phone lines, terrified about my son possibly missing his vaccinations because I can’t get through and can’t go in atm because of being unwell, only have a week before his vaccination cut off timea year agoI had the privilege of meeting Dr Khan at the Village Medical Centre, Dr Khan is OUTSTANDING in every way. She has the ability to connect and you know where you stand immediately and what next steps look like. Has got to be the best doctor I have ever seen and I have seen a few. Dr Khan is truly amazing, before I finish speaking she already has the answer. Seriously, if you are looking for outstanding quality of medical care Dr Khan is your answer. Oh and the reception staff are extremely helpful.a year agoAppointment and follow-up appointments were available within a reasonable amount of time, everyone was very polite and kind. Dr Moheb is fantastic. The assistant who helped him today kept me laughing and talking so I didn’t get wrapped up in my anxiety. Brand new store. Good layout with all the product/brand what you normally don’t get in small towns. Timing are good, opens longer even on weekends.

Coles is a disgrace!
I went there today to do some shopping, and the older lady working in the deli section was rude and not helpful in any way
Then I went to the checkout, and I found that there was 1 single checkout with a staff member open. All the rest were “self surve” and there was about 5 people in the line to get served, I even asked the checkout lady if someone can open another register, and she laughed at me and made me feel like an idiot (in front of everyone)!
Why can’t coles focus on customer satisfaction rather than making us customers do all the work
I won’t be going back to this store anytime soon, it is unbelievable just how bad today’s experience was!!!
Actually Coles has a huge selection of various brands that allows customers to have the freedom of choice of product and the right to select the price that suits our pockets .. the store is very large and the layout is very well designed ..in my opinion of course … i do like the way you walk straight into the fruit veg plus bakery section ..its so welcoming and homely ..not tucked into a corner and hidden…just love the actual bakers section with all the machinery and bakers to see …
